We started Hi-Ai because the automation conversation in 2019 was already broken — full of demoware, light on operators. By 2026 the AI conversation is the same shape, just with bigger budgets attached. We are not interested in either pitch deck. We ship working systems for businesses that have to live with the result.
01The founders
Stefan Reichenbach
Co-founder · Automation architecture & operator engagement
Valencia, ES
Ten years building workflow automations for small and medium businesses across Spain and Germany — from order management for logistics SMBs in Hamburg to client intake systems for legal firms in Valencia. Started Hi-Ai in 2019 to do the work properly: scoped, priced, exit-able. Every brief on this site reaches him directly.
- Workflow design across sales, ops, support, and finance
- Discovery Week and ROI scoping
- Operator-side change management — the part where adoption actually happens
- Spanish, German, English
Stefan Stoll
Co-founder · Cloud security, IAM & compliance
Berlin, DE
Cloud security and AI integration consultant. Came up through cyber-analytics and defence work at Fernao Magellan, then cloud security engagements at Paradox Networks and Axians IT-Service. Bachelor thesis on LLM-powered knowledge transfer at a leading German cybersecurity firm. The reason your compliance team will sign off on what we build.
- Cloud security — Zero Trust, M365 + GCP hardening, identity and access
- GDPR-compliant AI tooling and data residency design
- Endpoint protection, email security, anti-phishing
- German, English, Spanish (B1)
02Who does what
The studio splits along two lanes. Engagements involving customer data, regulated workflows, or anything touching identity / access run jointly.
Reichenbach lane
Discovery Week, workflow scoping, operator interviews, integration design, MVP build, change management. Anything that touches the daily working life of the team using the system.
Stoll lane
Cloud-security review, identity/access, GDPR + DPA scaffolding, secrets management, audit-trail design, vendor risk. Anything that touches what your auditor or DPO will ask about.
03What we believe
- Working systems beat working keynotes. A live agent in production is worth more than a 60-page strategy deck. We will tell you on the discovery call whether we think we can ship.
- Honest curves beat hockey-stick decks. AI integration dips before it climbs. We say so on the front page. Read the curve.
- Compliance is a feature, not a tax. The reason regulated firms can deploy what we build is that security + GDPR are designed in from week one — not bolted on at audit time.
- Saying no is part of the job. About 1 in 3 Discovery Weeks ends with us recommending you do not proceed with AI. That is the work.
- Operator-grade everything. Field notes, briefs, contracts — written for the person who has to run the result, not for the person who has to approve the budget.
04How to talk to us
